LOGO DESIGN REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of design services, all logo purchases are non-refundable once design work has begun. Each typography log ois created specifically for your business based on the information provided in your questionnaire. Time, strategy, and creative direction are invested into each project. Please review the policy in your email for full transparency and expectations.

ELIGIBLITY FOR REFUND
A full refund may be issued only if:
the intake questionnaire has not been submitted AND design work has not started.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Once work has begun -
After the logo design process has started, refunds are no longer available. However, your package includes 2 revisions to ensure your logo aligns with your vision.
Clients who submit their questionnaire within 7 days of purchase receive 1 additional revision free (3 revisions total).
Additional revisions are available for $15 each.
Abandoned Projects:
If the questionnaire is not submitted within 7 days, the project may be paused and moved based on availability. If no response is received within 30 days, the project will be considered inactive and no refund will be issued.
A reactivation fee may apply if the project is resumed after 30 days.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information in the questionnaire
Reviewing proofs in a timely manner
Communicating revision requests clearly
Delays in communication may impact turnaround time.
Design Subjectivity
Logo design is a creative service, and preferences vary. Revision rounds are provided to refine the design direction based on client feedback.
Refunds are not issued due to personal preference after concepts have been delivered.
